Maga The Urn (U11881247) posted Jul 14, 2009 He is defying the logic that suggests that it is hard to play at the top level at a lower club at the advancing stage of your career. But, at 33, Rory Delap was a very key player last season in Stoke's magnificent and valiant battle against relegation. Whilst he is still doing the job, age should not be a matter and this suggests that this contract will be the final one of his career.
