I really don't understand all the hate. The guy is without doubt the goat. Some of the reasons for all the undue hatred and criticism he receives on this board are simply ridiculous.

Roddick is past it - have you been watching the same tournament as me. He has had an amazing comeback and has been playing better than ever, or at least back to his form a few years ago. He beat Murray, who everyone said was going to win and has been in amazing form the last 18 months.

I even saw one post just now saying he only has a big serve - have you been watching Federer the last 5 years or did you turn up and watch this game today. Yeah he didn't play he best, he still won.

I really don't understand it, though it is the same in all aspects of life. People hate to see someone successful. Because it reminds them that they are not.
