ronmanager (U1816833) posted Jul 1, 2009 I thought he looked good for the first half of last season then went quiet as Wigan's form faded. In fact the stats show he didn't get a goal or assist after Christmas which is pretty much how I remember it.

andythevillian (U14047950) posted Jul 1, 2009 you would'nt get A. Young for $25 million. I understand that English players are overpriced, however it is becasue they are proven in the PL. Young was voted player of the year three times in one Calendar year (First player EVER to do this!!!) plus he is 23 years old. If Tevez is worth $25mill, how much do you think AY is worth....??

AW is renouned for finding the "diamond in the rough" very rarely does he has success with big money purchases - your point is mute!!
