a sad day for scottish footballScottish League Livingston by arab_alba (U14050734) 30 June 2009 It was with sadness today I heard about the plight of Livingstone FC. I hope that they can overcome this and continue to function as a football team. Even though im an arab and have no real like of Livvy its always awful to see a club go under. Livingston town would be left with a stadium lying empty and unused. With a bit of luck some group will come forward, and ressurect the club. To those who bemoan Meadowbank and Ferranti Thistle, get over it. Other clubs have risen out of the ashes of a club.

clovisguy (U5650842) posted Jul 29, 2009 Which is better - £25,000 or £0.00p ? You know and I know. But the guy is Italian and is being badly advised. I feel sorry for Davie Hay, who I believe is his father in law, as well as all the Livvi players and staff. They are the innocent ones. posted Jul 29, 2009 I've read alot of articles and looked into Livingstons past, Third Larnark to MeadowThistle etc and it seems like the club is incappable of learning from its past mistakes.
