Hey fireypeters cheap mate I guess you have that money in your back pocket :D

Seriously though that's not the full picture, Newcastle United have a lot of debt and needs a complete overhaul.

Also to the stupid mancs (not all mancs are stupid)

Toon was United before Manu and enjoy holding the premiership crow, because they is no way you will hold the title after losing Ronaldo and Tevez.

Unless Liverpool win the league, I hope I am wrong.

To clear that up I want Liverpool to win the Prem if not Man-U (including some of the idiots who are just glory seekers)

Liverpool will never win the Premier League...Bonkers Benetez and his infamous Rafa Rants and constant tinkering will see to that. Also, has a 'Player of the Year'.....i.e. Gerrard last season, ever won such an acolade and been potless at the end of the season?

I am. Why do the majority of NUFC's fans get this man? He is not one of us. He is a disgrace. Do people not remember the bad signings - Boumsong, Luque, Babayaro, Barton, Owen. Do they forget the sacked managers and the shame of the News of the World expose? Get real please. This man is a traitor.... True Toon Supporter

Big backwards step getting Shepherd back.

In no time at all he will have the family back on the board, signing up the Luques of the world, putting cash through other businesses linked to him and his family, laughing at the fans behind there backs and have us back in the red.

For all Ashleys mistakes he has kept the club afloat financially, he has highlighted the serious problems the club had after our previous chairmen spent money we didnt have, had players on the books we still hadnt paid for and had cashed in on the next few years sponsorship already

The last few years have been very hard for us fans but why endure those hardships all over again when fat Fred milks us a second time and we are in the same position years down the line.

We have come this far and need change. I will be devastated if Freddy comes back.

this shows the ridiculous lengths clubs are going to , to sign big players like ronaldo.
a big club being sold for less than a big player what is football coming to.

Ronaldo has more fans, more merchandise value and scored a similar number of goals to Newcastle last season.

Less comic potential though:
