I tend to agree here, he was the replacement setup for Purse back in January, to replace Rog I'm guessing the Mills connection from Doncaster.

Though replacing a player we sold for 2 Mill upfront with one that is looking to cost 2.5M well doesnt quite seem logical.

Latest on the grapevine is one signing tonight and then another three possibly before the weekend so have wait and see

If I worked for Cardiff I'd be telling them to steer well clear of Hoofson. No skill, just boots the ball in whatever direction he can. Oh and I was saying this BEFORE he went to Charlton, too.

we'll be very lucky to find a replacement for Rog. The guy was an absloute steel even when we had him first(as i'm constantly reminded by my mate who is a wycombe fan. The guy will certainly stay in the Prem now, even if its not with Brum.

i'd like to see us take a punt on two other cb's from league one or two and hope we unearth another Rog

He is dogga!!!! haha enjoy next season, Ledley'll be gone, Johnson's gone and now you've got this guy. Rubbish at Fulham, horrific at Palace and at Charlton, do we need to say anymore??? I can't believe you've shelled that kind of money out on him! Paddy McCarthy anyday of the week!

Millers-eagle - wasn't he player of the year at Palace?

There is no way in the world that this Cadiff City board would have paid out 1mill up front for Hudson. Risdale is so tight if he ate coal he'd poop out a diamond. They certainly wouldn't pay that for an average Championship player - no way. Can you really imagine it at all????
I've heard from a source very close to the board that it was 250,000 up front.
