Vettel Masterclass

An absolute supreme performance from the young German

His first win in the dry and on is way to victory he's blitzed his team mate and bulldozed the rest of the grid.

Brilliant Red Bull one two and hopefully this will be the turning point of the season... Someone needs to stop Brawn GP

Vettel for the WDC? Tis going to be tough but he has every chance (as does Barrichello)

To finish off, The battle between Alonso and Hamilton battle was superb with 2X WDC Alonso getting back in front after Hamilton overtook him. This was the highlight of the race and this is what Formula One is all about, Pure racing and sportsmanship

Politics have somewhat ruined the enjoyment of the sport i love but it will take more then a few old men acting childish to put me off F1 or the breakaway series should it materialise

PS. I Can Only Thank The Imbecile Who Locked Me Out Of My 606 Account, I Mean Come On Child...I'm Not That Stupid To Forget My Own Secret Password!

"As for Alonso's dodgy driving....erm Its called racing."

lol tell that to all the anti hamilton mob from last year, but it was borderline dangerous driving and not just "a racing incident" if we follow last years rule book.

This season is a complete joke all these expensive changes to improve the racing, now all we got is whoever is 1st on the 1st lap wins. Last years championship was far more exciting.

F1 is rubbish at the present time as the rules are being changed to suit certain teams. The sooner the breakaway occurs the better.

What an utter yawn that race was. For pete's sake, make the cars less aerodynamcially efficient so that drivers can get in the tow and overtake. The new rules, introduced this season, didn't go far enough IMO.

Oh well, at least we'll have some real racing with MotoGP for the next two weekends. winkeye

It was a materclass from Vettel - to qualify the car on pole with the heaviest fuel load in the top ten was amazing. To then pull away at the start like he did, with that heavy fuel load, was also brilliant.

Granted the car was obviously the best one this weekend, it had the measure of Brawn all weekend, but even still - to be easily the heaviest in the top ten and to pull away like that was very impressive. We couldnt beleive it as we were sat there watching.

Rubens holding up Webber didnt help Webber's case, but then again, 'Mr Qualifying' got beaten in qualifying yet again by Vettel despite having less fuel, which meant he wound up behind Rubens in the first place. And Kimi barely blocked him at all on that final run - they were right in front of us at the time.

Vettel is true racing driver, a fighter a pro ! We have seen the true Button again this weekend. If he cannot start from the front, in a car set up by Rubens, he is like a little spoiled child blaming the car and others but himself ! He cannot handle set-backs, which is rather unfortunate I have to say.
He is a sissy (like Beckham), in it for the glamour still, not a positive fighter and thus no true WDC material ... which we all knew for ages !
Brawn GP is a great and so are Rubens and Jenson, but please do not get carried away by the early successes ... staying on top is more difficult than getting there , and believe you me Jenson is a hell of a smooth driver, but lacks the ability to set up the car as Rubens can. I do not believe Rubens is going to do the settting up so Jenson can beat him ... No, he's over that !
