Jags

Everton

News we have all feared confirmed on OS - Jags is out for the season and no timescale given for his return. Lets make sure we go on and win the cup for the injured trio; Jags, Arteta and the Yak.
Up the Blues! It is when we are down and written off that the Everton spirit really shows. Now we need it more than ever.

I'm absolutely gutted or Jags missing the cup final. I was so pleased to see him score that winning penalty and this seems very unfair. As a Blades fan it was always clear Jags was destined for great things and I think with Everton he has every chance of winning more silverware in the future.

I went through the process of having both my ACL's reconstructed in a 6 month period between July and December 2007. It was an awful experience and wouldn't wish it on anybody. (well maybe a certain C.Ronaldo) Least he'll have the advantage of full time physio's. I'm only just getting back to playing now. My pre-season has already begun.

Get well soon

What a shame that this should have to happen to Jags now, right before an FA Cup final and also just after he has broken,(deservedly so in my opinion)into the England squad.I am glad to hear that the operation has been a success.

Great news that the operation went well. We all hope to see Jags in the Royal Blue as soon as possible.

I don't want to be a doom and gloom merchant but it is a little early to declare the surgery a success. Only time and plenty of time will determine that.

Lets hope that the defence doesn't suffer too much. forcing him to be rushed back.

Good luck Jags. COME ON THE TOFFEE'S

Say what you will about Giggs and the other Sky4 players, but the fact is Jagielka is the Player of the Year for 08/09. My heart goes out to the kid for missing the FA Cup final he helped put EFC in...
