medium-pacer (U3466950) posted Mar 1, 2009 Cook is a cornorstone of Eng future - that gives him a long leeway - much like the tolerance shown to Clarke or Yuvraj - they will lead batting attacks and needd to get more experienced in Tests

medium-pacer (U3466950) posted Mar 1, 2009 agreed dropping builds chracter and not a bad thing for Cook at this stage - will make him set higher targets coming back. His footwork and pulling seem to be the areas toimprove and he should play much more FC than say established players like KP and Strauss Comment on this article |
