Loyalty to the team and manager who gave you the chances, might help

WTF is going on with your sales pith underneath all your comments.

Anyway, Calamity James...fair play to him, I'd have said he was lucky to be fair, espescially as the style police have been chasing him for years!

Amazing goalkeeper, will go down as a Pompey legend. I doubt anyone will pass his record any time soon...

Has been an honour to watch him play, and will always be our number 1

I hope that not everyone starts putting sales pitches underneath their comments! Well done to James though.

Not bad considering fans turn on him all the time for some mistakes.

His save against City was "top drawer ". Saved us from a possible nail-biting finish again.

Great goalkeeper despite howlers. Great ambassador for the game but a shame about his remarks about Adams. Maybe I am being a little hypocritical as I agree with his comments , but I think someone of his standing should have kept it private and in-house.

Having said that I hope James goes on to help keep us up and to add to his appearance record with Pompey in the Premiership next season.

Play up Pompey . Best wishes and congratulations David.

England's Number One!

Remember; In South Africa 2010, he will still be YOUNGER than Peter Shilton was at Italia '90.

With the fitness regimes (most) professional footballers live under these days, he could even be between the sticks at Euro 2012!
