gooner here, just want to say cracking season, for obvious reasons I want you to drop points, but the effort is to be ceommended and you are where you are on merit. For those who assume it's a matter of time before 'normal order is resumed', don't bet on it. Right, back to this poor excuse of a cricket match

..........................................

If you're throwing wishes around could you wish Villa success and Liverpool/Chelsea to drop points?

1. Villa
2. Utd
3. Arsenal
4. Liverpool
5. Chelsea

I can only dream!

on the note of the cricket match, they should all be sacked. miserable f***ers

Cricket was just embarrassing...even Martin O'Neill couldn't get these guys to win the Ashes.

But back to the football...it's going to be an exciting run in, especially after Liverpool's comeback today. We've got a great chance of top 4, but there are definitely still 5 teams in it and Everton are getting stong too.

I would've never thought I'd say this, but Aston Villa seem to be in teh title race... I would definately bet money on a top four finish for them... Barry must be regretting considering Liverpool. Seems he will get his wish for CL football next season.

And with a Liverpool comeback, the title is taking an interesting twist.

---

Why would you regret "considering" something? All the Liverpool Pompey match proved is Liverpool aren't good enough, and Portsmouth have a shocking defence

villa were awesome again today, milner was unplayable in the first half. Good that agbon scored his goal as he has looked a bit low on confidence with some recent bad misses, if he really starts firing this title race might be more than a one horse race

Martin is a genius. I hope Man U do not pinch him when Ferg retires, or Chels sack another manager.
We still do not get the press coverage even though we are 3rd in the table. Its still London and Man U/Liverool

I am a Premiership neutral (I follow a small club) so Mr O'Neil and Villa are my TV team. At a time when big money rules footbal your club are the closest to a "real" football club at the top end.Mr Learner seems to be sensitive to he culture of football. I hope the adventure continues and Mr O'Neil takes you round the capitals of Europe next year.
PS. I love the shirt sponsoship- Villa and Barca showing the money grubbers a bit of style!

3stunk. You're a credit to football supporters. It's folk like you, who are loyal to their local team, that make football interesting, not just another football mgr game on a console. Anyone who wants AV as their second team, is welcome aboard mate. UTV! p.s. who are your small club? Mine is Halesowen Town, near Brum.

No way will MON go to chavski, pool or ar-se. he wants total control, just like his mentor, cloughie (god). he had this at Leicester and Celtic. why would he give that up, it's not a luxury to him, it's a basic before even walking through the staff door. pool are a joke on that front, rivalling NUFC is the comedy soap opera stakes. arsene will be managing when he is even dead, and MON wouldn't put up with a sporting director and meddling kenyon finger's in his pie. that only leaves utd, and i think they will look abroad for a mgr, as part of their globalisation attraction plan. hope MON signs an extension this summer, because i tell you this, he would honour another five years. he never walks away from a contract for another club (except in the case of his wife who was very ill when he was at celtic), so i hope we nail him down soon. he is decency and a gent personified. he is very liked amongst the football fraternity across the land. yeah, the free sponsorship on the shirts for the kiddies who will regretabley be leaving us soon, shows the class in our club, and what we are about. contrast this with the ill gotten gains from hardcore porn up the road, some family club that, not!
