Such an uninspiring potential signing. I know we have to build first and buy the "galacticos" later, but this is paying galactico money for an above average striker. Above average striker rate is about £8 to £10m, not £20m.

i wonder how long u supported city then? wudnt be since the end of august would it? glory hunter. your club isnt bigger than blackburn. when was the last time you acheieved anything? least blackburn have made cup finals you havent done fa but fight relegation lol.

Gunnerforlife2008, firstly I would like to comment on how funny it is you call ANY city supporter a glory hunter, as it is hard to be a glory hunter, without any actual glory.

I would also like to say, nice name. If you are a "gunnerforlife" then surely the year 2008 is redundant. Or is this just your first year as a fan?

Back on topic, leave RSC alone now, we can get better players for 18.5 million, even if he is Hughes favorite.

Because you have such a simplistic mind, you say "you could have got him for £1.8m in the summer", but if you actually stopped to think before you spout your drivel you would know that we would have had no chance of getting him in the summer.

50 clubs? Lets not get head of ourselves. 16 million is not good business for that player regardless of who else may want him in the summer. No chance of getting him in the summer? How do you figure that? You would have had as much chance to talk to the player once you offered the 1.8 million and if he accepted your terms now why wouldnt he consider them in the summer? You still would have had an edge over other clubs in the summer, quite simply because of the wages you could offer the player. And dont be so naive as to think the wages arent a big factor in where players end up. Thats a very hot-headed response you made to a simple point I was making so Im guessing you got yourself worked up too much even though i have better thing to do then wind up city fans. Dont go telling me I have a simplistic mind, you dont know me so I dont know where you got that from. Grow up.
