Sheva - ur comparison is fair enough but it doesn't really hold any weight as points are points but whether Man U and Chelsea have slipped is a matter of opinion. Equally Liverpool being better is also an opinion.

===================================

eh how is it an opinion that Liverpool have the most points in the EPL? Thats a FACT! biggrin

Sense at last!

There are no guaranteed points in the EPL or in any competitive sporting event. So to say Liverpool should not have dropped points is incorrect.

ENJOY THE GAME TODAY BOYS. I'M HOPING FOR A DRAW!

Grantbayz a

greed that its a matter of opinion but this is where i see that the other 3 have slipped and i find it hard to see otherwise.

Arsenal - does that even need explaining? They are heading for Uefa cup oblivion at this rate

Chelsea - Drawing to Southend, losing to Burnley, drawing games in the league, even under Grant they would have won.

Man U - admittedly they have games in hand, but they have slipped slightly. Some results have reflected this. However if they win their games in hand they are close to their 51 tally last season so thats harder to judge.

Liverpool, 7 points better at this stage than last season so they have improved. But Dropping points to teams (again). beating teams like Chelsea and Man U when, as i say, they arent as good as last season (see above points as to why)

Theres my opinion!

SHEVA opinion is fine. I see ur point but to say Liverpool are top by default is wrong.
Teams have always improved and slipped throughout the years.

The best team wins the league every year. Not because the others played badly! You can only beat whats put in front of you!

Keep dreaming; Dundee United stand a better chance of landing the SPL than Liverpool do of winning the Premiership. A good run and you guys get so carried away I don't know why they don't give Liverpool the Premiership trophy now. It's the only chance they'll have of winning it. United top by Saturday.
