I'm certainly no WUM, true Pompey 100% blue, the news tonight, according to The Quay who have links with PFC, 3 bids in for players, TA wants 4 new players this window, 3 midfielders and 1 striker, Pedro IS NOT one of them, IMO Lita, GO'N, Edu and one other, hope it's announced tomorrow otherwise i'll end up with egg on my face, PUP!

Edu isn't he getting on a bit now?
Quality player a few years ago maybe but I'd prefer young hungry players who want to make their name like Addison for Derby tonight.
I just hope adams gets it right and we start climing the league again!!

Edu is a class act and would be an excellent playmaker. With a couple of young legged players around him (Davis being one and maybe GON the other) then we could have a balanced and creative midfield.
Lita, if true, could also provide another pace element to the front line alongside Crouchy.

he's 30. getting on yea, but hardly past it. plus if its only a loan then theres no problem. you wouldnt turn down beckham/scholes/vieira would you?!

I really hope Lita signs. Hes a different type of striker to what we already have. It wasnt long ago people were raving about him and you dont become a bad player overnight.

As for Edu, again its an improvement on what we have at the moment so im all for that deal. I see he was in the Valencia starting 11 in their last match which they won vs Atlectico Madrid to put them 2nd in La Liga. If hes good enough for Valencia hes good enough for us!

We nearly signed Lita when he was at bristol city, we lost put to Reading.
Could be worth a punt. Has more chance of suceeding than there is of Nugent.
