Arshavin was awesome in Euro but has he done much since? As for paying 20 million for him and risk losing Bendtner, I'd say forget it. Bendtner has shown he is one of the best players we have at the moment, and has got us out of trouble on several occasions. Anyway how do we know that Arshavin will fit in?

I agree with what you said, however I am sure John Jensen was a DM?

Arshavin will be a great addition, he will help us in area's we are weak and short in aswell as adding vital depth to our squad. Should get him for around 12-14mil. Then all we need then is a DM, easier said than done though...

absolutely. Thankfully someone pointing out that Bendtner is useful, as well as Eboue. They show very little tactical football and should be left on the bench or sold (for free I imagine).

Arshavin would be a great aset to the squad, wether we need him or not is a different question. I see Arshavin as being a more attacking player that a defensive player. And what Arsenal have been carving since Gilberto left is a defensive midfielder like the great Patrick Viera. So no, we don't need him. We need a more defensive player.

Im sorry but i think a player who would rather go to Barca when we were after him in the summer should not come to Arsenal he is a mercinary and we have too many already! No chance i would rather stick with Vela at least he is loyal!

arsenal seriously need to get a holding midfielder and someone who isnt always getting injured!!!
staying in the title race is getting harder and harder every season and we need to spend a little money.there is nothing wrong with staying loyal to the youth players in the carling cup etc. but we must get someone with experience.

absolutely right Arsenal needs a holding midfield...Personally i don't think we need Arshavin!the price Zenit is looking for the 27 yrs player is just nonsence.
there are much better player and younger than him.Wenger is not silly Arshavin can't play the champion league,he gonna take at least 12-15 matches to get use to tne English physical game so what the use of Arshavin???

yes we need a player like him but whenever have we broken our own GOLDEN rule taken hostage on the price (20 million now)come on can you see us doing that
