Aberdeen - Hamilton Academical

comment on the article

This is not a kneejerk reaction to yesterdays performance but for years now Aberdeen players have lacked mental toughness, a winning mentality, and personal responsibility. Its all fine and well to have a young team but, dispersed throughout that team you need maturity, a calm head, and a guiding influence, in fact ideally you would have more than one person with these character traits.
Now obviously we dont have it from the Management as seen by JC's histrionics on the touchline therefore, we need a player/s with the aforementioned attributes.
The last player in that mould was Anderson who grew into the role but wasn't a natural leader of men, until we have at least one individual who can motivate and inspire the team when it's required most we will continually fail to beat the smaller teams.

I really think that we should be at least seen to be trying to bring in better quality players during transfer windows, to let us know the Management are not convinced and satisfied that we have a good enough squad.

Now that it is proven JC does not have the management skills to put a team on the pitch and even beat the smaller teams I think is an absolute embaresment to Aberdeen Football club

Does not matter you can pick all the excuses in the world but the fact of the matter is JC could not put a team on the pitch to beat Hamilton no matter what the excuse

Absolute pathetic.

Now can we have a new leader before it is too late.

Why can't you just give Accies great for being the better side. Mark Hately's comments on the game on Setanta were typical of a ex Old Firm player trying to make a name for himself...with Don's players falling over the in the box as acceptable
