2 Simple questions.....why hasn't he played in about 5 or 6 months and is he leaving Spurs in January?

Just rumours, he's going no where, class act, will be a shame if the premiership doesn't get to see him action, Barca were desparate to keep him but was impatient and left. One of the young hottest property in world football at the moment, only 19, it'll be foolish of spurs to let him go, but then again we're talking about spurs here..tee heee hee laugh

It could be a couple of things, firstly his agent could be trying to engineer a move do he can make more money out of him so is linking him with other clubs although this is unlikely because i cant see mexico teams paying over the odds as they simply cant afford it or its thye clubs trying to unsettle him in order to try and turn his head. I cant see Harry selling because he said when he took over he was looking forward to playing with him but ever since he has been injured and harry cant of seen him play so unless our harry is chatting our of his arsenal then i cant see him going anywhere.

He look sharp as a Knife in Preseason but a bit fragile in the early league games, I hope the time out recovering from injury has been spent bulking up some muscle.

He's only been out for 3 and a half months and he's been back in training the last week or so, give it another week or two and hopefully he'll be making some appearances.

Any news on when he will be fit? I saw him play a lot in the sub-17 FIFA world cup and he was outstanding for Mexico. They were easily the best team and he was their strongest player. Real flair, great passer. I remember saying at the time that he would be right at home at the Lane - lets home he gets a chance to so what he can do.

barca werent desperate to keep him.they offered him to Chelsea but they rejected and then they has to settle for you lot and let him go for only 4million and not the 20 million that everyone was talking about

well we'll just take your word for it then, seeing as you are obviously well in with the barca board... personally i'd be gutted if he left, i've been aware of him for a couple of years now and on the rare occasion i've seen him play he's looked a real prospect.

He noticed that he won't have the right opportunity to develope at Barca FC. They had T. Henry, Ronaldhino at that time, Eto, Iniesta, Messi and Bojan.

Also Barca did not want to increase his pay and wanted him to be payed as an academy player. So with his contract about to run out, Barca was forced to let him go so that they would make something out of him.

Knowing his value and the loss they would have with him leaving on a free transfer.
