Could this be the news we are waiting for?

Could this be the start of something massive?

Could this be the start of the push for the premiership?

Who is to follow?

In DJ & PR we trust

Who can honestly say they would accept £10k instead of £20k at QPR you say? Here's one person.
Money doesn't get you success mate, so that "potential" rubbish is out of the window. Cardiff are a top 4 side doing really well, and QPR are a stuttering mid-table side who cannot raise their game any further.
He's gone for the money and that shows how shallow the bloke is and I for one am glad he's out of the frame if that is how his attitude is. It's his loss and he'l realise that when City are in the Prem and QPR are hitting the dizzy heights of mid table again and again.

In responce to Halealdo's comments - Interesting that Routledge chose QPR? why? they beat Cardiff the other day, they have beaten all the top sides and yet suffer from the old Rangers traits - drawing with all the strugglers in the division. I'm glad that he's gone to Rangers after what Cardiff did to Rangers in the Play off final a few years ago - wasn't there a certain well known figure at Cardiff accussed of setting the fire alarms off at a hotel before the game - cheats deserve to be treated badly, lets hope Cardiff wake up to a taste of their own medicine one day

"He's gone for the money and that shows how shallow the bloke is and I for one am glad he's out of the frame if that is how his attitude is."

He left Palace for Spurs for the money as well (it doesn't sound a money-backed move, but he actually said it), back in 2005. He thought he was a lot better than he actually was.

QPR now have four men who have played for Palace in the last 3 1/2 years in their squad. They weren't good enough for the Prem then, and they won't be good enough if QPR get there now either. I include Routledge in that too, who looked so far out of his depth at the top level that he appeared to be drowning at times.

It is a blow to city as a team, Routledge provided a lot of chances and could of scored a lot more goals if he had stayed on, I dont think it marks the end of our promotion push we will keep on fighting for it no matter what, you cant give up from here.

Yet another example of a footballer putting his wallet before the game.

If that is his mentality then I'd rather him not be at Cardiff. I wan't players in the team that play week in week out because they are proud to wear the shirt.

Routledge track record suggested he might do this so I'm not too surprised. He plays for himself and for the money. That's not necessarily a critiscm as it's his choice.

Hope he and the Rangers fall flat on there face . QPR has already bought three players , now they have to take a chance on getting them to gel at this very late time of the season . I smell backfire on this one for QPR , and I'm going to love it if that's the case ..
