hockinsk (U1650299) posted Jan 2, 2009 If cycling or any Olympic sport was so easy to win 3 gold medals in, someone, somewhere in the UK over the last 100 years would have twigged and therefore should have already achieved what Hoy did don't you think? I'm sure if Beckham,Shearer,Lineker or even Gascoigne scored 3 winning goals to win England a World Cup final, they too would have been Knighted just as succinctly. Alas it never happened for them. Good on you Hoy!
