It's for money, stupid!!!!.Almost all big soccer clubs are heavily in debts.They've got to find extra sources of income.Like the Italian leagues, some owners may even be connected to the bookies and mafia.

Am I alone on this?

I am a Red (of 40+ years) from Manchester, living mostly here in Japan for the last 10 years (long story)...
I live in Osaka and go to Gamba games home and away... they are a good side in the making, who actually try to imitate United's style which is why I follow them.. well done to them, but of course they knew what they were walking into to and got it well and truly, but compared to some premier teams we have played this year, they had more of a go!!

Got tickets for the final on Sunday.. saw the last one in 1999 after making it to Barca for the treble - expect similar outcome - more goals please lads like tonight... good entertainment...

Happy to see a entertaining game.....Osaka were a very attacking side.....But you can now see why most teams put ten men behind the ball....You try and play us at our own game...You will get hammered!.....WORLD CHAMPIONS ON SUNDAY
