Why does a defeat—the away team defending well and breaking the flow of Spurs' play, and Spurs being uninspired today—in a run of mostly victories since Redknapp arrived last month, throw up doom and gloomy comments from some people as soon as there's a temporary reverse? If you're interested in and like victories, then prepare to experience defeats and draws, because it's a package deal and not just all the good bits.

A poor performance against a team that aren't exactly in form themselves but we won't go down and Arsenal won't finish top four let alone champions.

Even Man utd lose games... Cheer up lads, we might not be in form, in fact we're playing terrible but today our defence was a big improvement on recent times. Keep your chins up as little droopy harry wont let you's go down.

This is type of game that will get casual observers to switch to snooker or racing,or Lord forbid the Bundeslieger. An overwhelmingly dull and amateur display from both sides that they should be embarrassed by.Harry's revolution has come to a halt showing in reality he offers no change and possesses no real ideas about man management or strategy. He is just good with the press.Full stop. Spurs are no more potent now than under Ramos and when one sees the utter dross that is Bent or Huddlestone (or Jenas) in action,it does not take a miracle man to figure out where their real problems lie. Redknapp is nothing more than a chattering pub commentator.

Arsenal Title Ambitions Back on Course
SPURS RELEGATION HOPES BACK ON COURSE

Seven PL matches under HR. Out of 21 points on offer there have been four wins (12 points) one draw (1 point) and two defeats. Considering what's gone before the points haul is terrific. However as said before, Spurs have now lost eight out of 15 matches (diabolical considering they were lined up for a top four place at the start of the season)and really should be winning or drawing at best the remainder of their matches. At this rate they are due to lose half the season's games so HR is correct they are in a dogfight now and the best of the season's luck.

I had suggested a untouchable four players previously. Somebody recommended BENT! Well I rest my case. Where are BENT and BENTLEY? No doubt Spurs miss Modric but the mentality of the team amazes me. I understand the majority of the fans want Spurs to play in style! Style is the last thing they need right now. It's the points. Win ugly I say.

Moyes got Everton's strategy spot on last evening. Everton are a physical side and all he had to do was show the team the Arsenal/Spurs video and say to the team--that's not how I want you to play against Spurs. Everton fouled any Spurs move (a clever European ploy). This breaks down the rhytmn of the attacking side. Basically Everton didn't allow Spurs on a Sunday afternoon to enjoy themselves at Everton's expense. Everton hadn't travelled all the way from Liverpool to be downed by Spurs. Spurs thought playing at home and flowering it would get them the three points. It needed a dedicated performance and this team didn't do that. I do not believe with this team had Ferguson, Wenger, Mourinho, Venables, Benitez, or Capello been managers the results would have been any different. The team lacks bottle and the will to play for each other or to take responsibily and grind out results. Bolton have that will and that's why they are getting the results. I feel for HR, this teams gets hoisted by its own pettard everytime. When one looks at Fraiser-Campbell, you see the difference between ManU training and Spurs. He has that something Bent doesn't have or some of the others. The vision to go and fetch and deliver.

The rest of the season will be interesting.
