Its clear Nottingham Forest will be going back to League 1 with CC in charge and its Clear the Chairman will not sack him so we need to make him change his mind.
Vote with your feet demo outside and refuse to go to the games otherwise he will still be in his job.

I dont hate CC but he has to go who agrees lets get the ball rolling there is no point fans changing there mind when they win the odd game i have always said he needs to go

Jax, its not due to hindsight. That would be fair if it was only the first time this had occured- but its not.

I too thought bringing on fletcher was a great idea...but not at the expense of a forward, when the only thing that was looking strong was our attack. As soon as he changed the formation, the players lost all shape, the midfield somehow became less imposing, and bristol pretty much battered the hell out of us.

This team just cannot do that. They are incapable of grinding out results. They are strong in attack, but when it comes to soaking up pressure they just dont have it in them.

Hulk,

You're right, I forgot, I was disappointed he took Garner off and not Anderson.

However, I did think the team selection on Saturday was good enough. ok

So did I. I thought it was a strong team.

If they have the ability, then it must be something else- and that can only really be something involving the management.
If it is just that the squad is not good enough to beat the likes of 10 man norwich- than thats even more worrying as it means were safe bets for the drop.

If it was one bad game, or even a handful then thats fair enough. But other than recent 4 game run...its been pretty much the same. Something somewhere needs changing, and a harsh as it is to say- i beleive thats the manager. At least then the team can be assessed and replaced in january.

Hulk,

I believe that the 11 that started that 2nd half could have done much better!! IF they had passed it around we would have beat them easily, as they would have got too tired eventually. However we chose to hoof it up to Tyson, I've put that down to an urgency amongst the players to get a result.

They were worse than they were v Plymouth and that's saying something. They can do better, we all know that. But they need to do it soon and get the results to show it.We've often been the better team but not got the points.

We need a new striker, well a goalscorer and they are not easy to get as everyone wants them.To be fair CC tried to address that in the summer and now due to unforeseen events(Cole, Earnie's injuries) he needs to address it again.

They could have done far far better than that. But it begs the question- why didnt they?
I dont think anyone wants to get to last games of the season, forest are still putting in the same performances, and having the same problems and after the game we're STILL saying "well we know they can play better than that!".

Something needs to be done to rectify it, and get them playing like they can. CC is failing to do get the best (or any good, other than in 1 half flashes) out of of them. We're still plugging away, doing the exact same things at the start of the season. We arent adapting to this league, we're trying to impose our style of play on this division- and its not working.
which is why i think it needs a fresh approachok

Jax,

I would tolerate 4/5 wins from 18 games to make us at least level with the likes of watford, saints etc but 2 wins and 6 adrift?

Hulk,

I'm not sure it's going to happen either, no matter how much I hope it does.

Bobs,

It's not good enough, I know, but if we're getting a new manager I want one that will get the lads playing well and winning.

ok

Bobby - you're spot on with this one. Billy Davies took a second rate Derby team destined for a relegation battle and got them promoted.

They were rubbish all season - my missus family are season ticket holders (yes I feel dirty) and they bemoaned this every game, yet they won tough games, didn't lose away for 2 months and came back in the last 10mins from a goal behind to win several times. How often have we done any of those things this season, or under Calderwood at all.

He inspired an average bunch of players who then got found out in the prem.

Look at PNE prior to that - he worked miracles there to even get them up there, on the brink of the Prem. I remember seeing PNE lose to my other team Lincoln countless times in L2 when I was a kid.

I'd give him a crack - can't go on like this. I want CC to do well, but it just aint' happening. It's not like Calderwood is going to be the next Wenger is it?
