Someone's been taking his angry tablets, Addick. Chill the flip out! You didn't get chucked by an Aussie chick did you? The Aussies were totally and cpmpletely dignified in defeat. Imagine being Lockyer standing in front of THAT at the end of the game...and having to "say a few words". Having said that, Blakbruker your words are SO hilarious... I can see the vein throbbing in your forehead. Look ...get over it eh? hehheh...what does anyone "achieving something" have to do with this? It doesn't mask us (E**land) being beyond pathetic in this tournament ( yes I am talking about you Leon Pryce!) Let's all calm down children. Aussies losing is worth the whole tournament. Anyone wanna buy 3,000 World Cup Winners 08 t-shirts?

Huge congratulations to New Zealand - totally awesome performance full fo guts and skill! A great result for them and for the sport at large.
Its been a terrific tournament - the format has worked brilliantly producing lots of close and exciting games, including both the New Zealand v England games which were thrillers, but what a final to crown it all off! Fabulous entertainment, well done rugby league!cake
Can't wait for next years 4 Nations now, with NZ as world champions and Australia, England and France all with something to prove. International rugby league is well and truely back with a bang! bubbly

I am just so pleased for the english Ref's they done a wonderful, fearless and unbiased job. courages desicions had to be made, where made.
still..I am pinching myself, just so delighted that the Kiwi Boy's came through after all the hassle from the aussie press they got to wear'em down. now it looks to me THEY actually where afraid of us!!
Man of the match ... Nathan Cayless, the captainapplause ..he held the young lads together, guided them around the paddock for over 3/4 of the match! sorry Darrel Lockyer

Crikey that's one hell of a choker... Are the aussies trying to impersonate the All Blacks!

Well done New Zealand i've never enjoyed watching the highlights as much as that....

I'm going to thoroughly enjoy monday morning... It's going to remove all that pain of losing to the Saffa's

I'm so delighted for New Zealand, they've done the sport a huge favour thats for sure, but come on, Australia deserve a standing ovation. They've been world champions for 33 years - that takes some doing in any sport - and they've raised the bar so high to keep rugby league at the cutting edge of world sport - and they've just hosted the best rugby world cup since 1995 to celebrate 100 years of league in Australia.
Standing ovation applause
