cheapdate (U13674577) posted Nov 22, 2008 Someone's been taking his angry tablets, Addick. Chill the flip out! You didn't get chucked by an Aussie chick did you? The Aussies were totally and cpmpletely dignified in defeat. Imagine being Lockyer standing in front of THAT at the end of the game...and having to "say a few words". Having said that, Blakbruker your words are SO hilarious... I can see the vein throbbing in your forehead. Look ...get over it eh? hehheh...what does anyone "achieving something" have to do with this? It doesn't mask us (E**land) being beyond pathetic in this tournament ( yes I am talking about you Leon Pryce!) Let's all calm down children. Aussies losing is worth the whole tournament. Anyone wanna buy 3,000 World Cup Winners 08 t-shirts?

leaguebreather (U13701933) posted Nov 22, 2008 I'm so delighted for New Zealand, they've done the sport a huge favour thats for sure, but come on, Australia deserve a standing ovation. They've been world champions for 33 years - that takes some doing in any sport - and they've raised the bar so high to keep rugby league at the cutting edge of world sport - and they've just hosted the best rugby world cup since 1995 to celebrate 100 years of league in Australia.
