Cardiff v. Reading

Good Morning Reading fans.

Not a wind up.

I am enquiring as to how many fans you are bringing next Tuesday. I hope it is not a "bubble" game for travel purposes.

Away support at Cardiff has been very disappointing this season, Brum omly 600, Wolves 400 (ok televised game at 5.15 on Saturday but they were top of the league), Charlton 400, Palace 400, Bristol only 1,000 and you could count the number of Blackpool fans from the other end of the ground. Only Southampton brought a reasonable number, around 1,500 for the first game of the season.

You are doing very well, playing good football and scoring plenty. You are only 2 hours max. away (M4 willing) so I would hope you take your full allocation of around 2,000.

This will ensure a great atmosphere for what will be an excellent evening's football.

Also, your last chance to visit the grand old lady that is Ninian Park as we move across the road to out shimy new stadium next year.

Bludie Hell - I wish I lived back in England.

I LOVE Cardiff for its shopping centre, history (Cardiff Castle), etc, and would take the afternoon off. Just get on the train that takes you right into where you need to be for shopping, sight seeing, eating, drinking and just chill until the match.

Nice steak meal, chips, with cheap pints at the local Brewers Fare or whatever. Couldn't be better!

I'd even get the wife to come, when I put it to her like that - where's your imagination guys?

(I can dream can't I)

Oh and by the way - it's about time somebody (at the BBC?) traced that loser who comes on Reading threads and gives EVERYTHING one star.

There are sometimes two people doing it - but please - whoever you are - GET A LIFE!
