I think this is the best time to watch golf, the reason being, you come of the course cold, wet and have 14 layers of clothes on, its nice to watch people play golf in tee shirts.

I think the tour is to long, but I am not sure what the answere is, the Asian tour is now in full swing with the Aussie opens due to be played soon as well.

Our good players pace themselves, and any money they pick just now is xmass spending money.

Well Aleman, I think you hit the nail on the head there. It's always easier to be into Golf when the season is in full swing (pardon the pun), I certainly feel more into it when the majors have yet to be decided and I a playing regularly. I think next year te European tour is going to go Calender, so there should be a little less confusion there. BTW I suspect your psudenom is Mr Ale-man, but translates from Spanish to English as "Mr German". You may have chosen this name on purpose as a tip of the cap to Michael Ballack, lol...

dont worry its hong kong next week and 'nick faldo' is getting the clubs out again AT LAST!
these last few years ave been desperate for us faldo fans as he has been getting paid too much to sit on his bum and talk.after the ryder cup dissapointment it will be nice to see nick doing the job he turned into an artform!

Yes, i'm always getting the whole aleman means german in spanish thing.. haha..

I really had no idea the name meant that, but yeah it was really because I liked a pint of ale so a full english name

There's no tiger woods plain and simple, none of the nailbiting moments, except the singapore open....well done to jeeve, its true, golf is not an art game but a math game

Last week in Singapore showed why the Order of Merit/Race to Dubai is year round. The top golfers are playing all year round, if there isn't a European or PGA event they go Asian tour or Japan tour, anywhere will do. The big two tours might as well cash in and have as many tournaments as possible.
