Could be too longer trip for him, my outside tip is Ouzebeck 12/1 worth an each way £20!

Trip will be perfect for Silverburn but Barbers Shop has a better shout IMO and my big EW hope is Three Mirrors. Quite why this horse is 40/1 I do not know.

Delighted to see the horrible Silverburn out of the top 4. Not seen the race but ever since his Boxing Day run in the Feltham he's been a horse to avoid, simple as that.

Was moving into contention when he blundered badly at the second last Zark. IMO he'd probably have been 3rd but difficult to say.

Silverburn is a talented but not straight forward horse, however he blew his chances in the Paddy Power with a horrible mistake at the first fence. He then blundered the tricky 2nd last to ruin any chances he had, but didn't look to be going as well as the eventual 1st and 2nd at the time. Usually his jumping is his biggest asset, but that's racing for you.

I wouldn't write him off just yet, as he was struggling with his wind last season. I'll be keeping a close eye on his next race, as he may be a better value price after today.
