Thanks AidyWatford by ©ity Ho®nét™ (U2137681) 03 November 2008 OK he's gone and recent results have been poor but I'd like to thank him for the ride. Really enjoyed most of his tenure and I reckon he'll rock up somewhere else and prove to be a success again. Latest 10 commentsRead members' comments or add your own

Mr Vic A. Rageroad Esq (U2886082) posted Nov 4, 2008 Thanks and good luck Aidy. Yeah, he made a few mistakes, but it's ironic that this season as he's showing that he has recognised and started to rectify those mistakes is when he gets "mutual consent"ed.

donprestoni (U1827053) posted Nov 4, 2008 AB, to an outsiders point of view always seemed like a good bloke. A couple of times after a game he said stuff that imo opinion wasn't entirely true and riled up fans of the other side but he was never unreasonable. You could see why he made the comments that he did, just like other top managers he was more concerned with saying what was right for his team than anything else, and that's an important skill that all good man managers need to have.

ValentinoRobbi (U13369149) posted Nov 5, 2008 Mitch_wfc, Ellington has scored hatfulls wherever he's been, I'm sure everyone thought it was a great buy at first, as I did. Its not Aidy's fault he turned into the biggest waste of money the club has ever spent. Although you could argue that it was as Aidy was responsible for training and how the players played. Anyway, you cant just make a broad sweeping statement like that. Comment on this article |
