Best NFL QB

comment on the article

Who's the best quarterback in the NFL of the last 3 or 4 years:

Tom Brady is NOW NO LONGER ineligible due to long-term injury but he's the best in my opinion. After him I'm going Brees.

1 - Drew Brees
2 - Daunte Culpepper
3 - Brett Favre
4 - Jeff Garcia
5 - Trent Green
6 - Eli Manning
7 - Peyton Manning
8 - Donovan McNabb
9 - Steve McNair
10 - Michael Vick
11 - Other
12 - Tom Brady

sorry guys incorrect title of article at first regarding culpepper etc so heres the change and brady is now eligible

Tom Brady out for the season sadface (yeah i'm a Pats fan), so i'm gonna say that the top QB at the moment has to be Drew Brees. But there are other QB's that could easily challenge that like Roethlisberger, Cutler, obviously Favre and even Eli Manning.

And Romo is injured, and he's a choke artist
Rivers and the Chargers are also choke artists
Kurt Warner? Can he hold down his place at Arizona?
Rodgers? C'mon it's his first season as a starter, even though he is doing really well
Culpepper and McNair have retired
And Vick is in the slammer

That first list is embarrasingly bad. I'm a huge Redskins fan and am a long standing member of their official message board Extremeskins. The list has made it up on there in the 'Around the NFL' section to general gasps of horror/amusement.

My friend you have made yourself an international star in a similar way to Jade Goodey, which is seldom a good thing.

As for the person who suggested Derek Anderson go watch some footage of him when they played the Redskins. He was just awful.

"can't anyone read on this board, he says over the last 3-4 years."

Yeah we can read, point is this muppet changed the question when he realised what an ass he made of himself.

Ah but did you see Anderson and the Browns destroy the Giants the week before. Absolutely awesome against a wonderful Giants defence.

Is it April Fools Day?

So Brady is now eligible and you have at 12th based on the last 3-4 years.

What exactly has Culpepper done in the past 3-4 years to deserve finishing 2nd. He tore his knees to shreds in 2005, did nothing in 2 seasons in Miami and Oakland and has now retired.

Green was great 2002-2005 before the concussions sent him to the bench.

Vick - Now doing a remake of The Longest Yard.

McNair - now retired and was very ordinary the past few years.

Yet these guys are better in recent years than Brady - a certain Hall of Famer. An amazing 16-0 reg season and 50 TD passes in 2007. Not to mention the last of his 3 SB rings came in Feb 2005 and the Pats have been deep in the playoffs every year since.

Really?

This thread is officially a joke. Learn something about the sport before posting this garbage.

if you read it mate you'd see they were alphabetically numbered apart from Brady, who was a late addition as he was initially ineleigible due to injury
anyway Brady would wipe the floor with anyone, then I'd say Brees, Peyton Manning and McNabb
