No official word on either just yet, though heard painter will be out for at least 3 weeks, and dorus will be out for another 6 at least.

See my other post on Dorus....have heard since that the league game against Watford is a target though...which is only 2 weeks away?

Painter's going to be out a lot longer than 3 weeks, most probably a couple of months

With Painter if it's the ACL which they think it is then it will be 4-8 months depending on the severity.

Always sad for the lad of course but at least we have decent cover in defence with Tate and Serran both capable of filling in there (Is Fede injured as well?).

Wouldn't surprise me to see soemone loaned in for a while though.

Anyone else think our new keeper looked like a rabbit in the headlights on Saturday? Just as well the Saints have nothing to give because he looked nervous as hell. I'd rather see DMitri in there, at least he has a lot of league experience so shouldnt be fazed

Well it was his first league game, and being just 19 it was a good game for him to play, still don't know about tomorrow, its a big one so perhaps we need the dimi guy there because he has as you said the experience. Still some of the coventry fans are saying he is pants.

Yeah tomorrow's game will be an interesting one.

Do we reward Krysiak's performance and confidence boosting clean sheet with a crack of the whip against Wolves?

Or do we give Konstantopoulos the jersey, especially considering he will have had only two days to train with the defenders on Sunday and Monday?

With Painter out for 6 months - end of season, Albert Serran is likley to replace him at left-back. Rangel can play LB or RB, like Bessone, Tate can only be right back. On Saturday Tate went right back (not left back as BBC said) Rangel went left. We'll be alright!

What are you on about people!?
Albert Serran is no where near as good quality to Fede.
Obviously Martinez will play Fede over Serran and no Fede is not injured to the ones who think he is!
