I'm not a Liverpool fan but saw the match and thought Liverpool did pretty well. The fact that Atletico qualified for the Champions League this season ahead of the likes of Sevilla and Valencia tells us they have a good side.

I don't remember seeing anyone involved with Liverpool celebrating after that game....the team being applauded off for their efforts was as celebratory as it got. Even Rafa said he was disappointed that Liverpool didn't win.
