federalexpress (U8888155) posted Oct 26, 2008 Sub you're being a little harsh. No full ATP tour title is tinpot, this is a dog eat dog tour and we shouldn't let Fed's (and more recently, Rafa's) ability to win so consistently cloud that. Look down at the guy behind Murray, if you can see that far down.

Bourne (U3020163) posted Oct 26, 2008 Fantastic win today, I didn't watch any of it as I was out travelling but the result really says it all. He did what he came to do and the performance this week was very workmanlike, he got the job done effortlessly with no thrills or spills, very efficient. Points are safe, now for even bigger things next week with the grand finale still to come. Great times

foscari (U1655980) posted Oct 26, 2008 Andy Murray is genuinely the fourth best tennis player in the world, and that is a great achievement. He has a very effective service and a lot of control. He can go to the next level by producing winners on a regular basis. He has a game to beat anybody and has proved that by beating everybody. What I would like to see is that when the top 3 in the rankings are in their best form and not making mistakes,he can beat them . We will then have a truly great champion. He has plenty of time to do this, I hope he does.

nigeweir (U6776914) posted Oct 26, 2008 Congrats Andy and keep up the great play. You are representing this nation completely on your own and to be honest, at the age of 43 and having loved tennis since the days of a young Borg, I am astonished by your rise to the top over the past year. You are superb. Comment on this article
