To all players who have signed themselves up for the 606 Cup...

The tournament has now been confirmed!

Date: Saturday 28th February 2008
Time: 11am - 5pm
Venue: Colwick Racecourse, Nottingham.

In a previous post I said the tournament was likely to take place in the summer, due to no pitches being available. This obstacle has been overcome and the Charity event will take place on the above date.

Also, it's been a few months since the squad was confirmed and since then i've only seen a handful of players on here. I'd be grateful for anyone who has now decided to optout to let me know NOW!

The organiser will be contacting Sport Relief to let them know the date and venue, he will also be contacting the BBC in due course in hope of them sponsoring the event as a whole.

You never know lads, we might get our own slot on Football Focus!

All players will be asked to bring a fiver with them to cover the costs of the pitches, and that chaps is all for now!
