Looks like santa cruz has linked himself with a move to city, dont know how much truth there is in this story but sky sports are reporting this and we all know how accurate they are (ie warnock). Anyhow heres the link.

Did you miss this bit:

Interviewer: So, Roque, we understand that M.City is after you Roque

(R): Manchester City is a team that has a very important financial support that is getting prepared for winning the title, and I understand they have many players on their "wanted" list, and is not just my name that is mentioned, they have many options.

(I): And how do you like the idea of going there?

(R): I am Happy here at Blackburn, but if there is again an offer for me, it should be one that the club can't resist, otherwise I am staying.

(I): Would you like to have Robinho as a partner?

(R): Well, Robinho is a great player and anybody would feel honoured to play next to him.

So he knows Hughes likes him and confirms that Man City are in the market for new players.

He states that he is staying unless the club receive an offer they can't resist. Again, true, if you offered £4zillion it's unlikely Rovers would turn it down.

He is then given the option of calling Robhino an over-priced mercenary or complimenting him. Roque's a nice lad.

In fact, reading that interview I'd have gone with:

HomoEroqueca

Roque Santa Cruz has admitted that cash-rich p1mp and gender bender Leslie Mark Hughes has a lustful desire for the Rovers player. Hughes' agency is growing according to the Paraguayan "I understand they have many players". Roque is merely waiting for enough cash to be thrown on the bed and he's ready to jump in.

He admits he has no standards and would jump on any man if there was "an offer for me". His preferred Love Buddy is City's new Brazillian claiming that "anybody would feel" Robinho.

There's the story fellas...

Back to the start of this thread!

As Blowave said..... Santa Cruz didn't want to come before - incidentally when Hughes had madea clear attept to sign him, so I would rather we left him out of our plans now.

Anyway, latest rumour that I have heard is that Zaki is looking like a likely target.

There is also a rumour coming from a London based agent that Hughes has spread the word that he is looking for a Lampard like midfielder and a Terry like central defender for the January window.

-Looks like Dunn could be on the way out?!?!
