Nice to see you all commenting on this article. Do u all think that milner should get a starting place now? Reo-coker is playing well but milner is true quality.

wouldn't drop barry as such,just relegate him to left back.

as has been said,cokers having a great season but milner is a better right sided midfielder.

i think o'neil was just waiting for that one bad performance before ringing the changes.pretty sure both milner and cuellar will start against pompey at the expense of shorey and davies.

yeh we definitely need a natural goal scorer. possibly ashton (if we can get him under the same magic as martin laursens doctor) or owen. carew is a great player but last seasons decent tally wont be repeated. and gabby still has a long way to go- he needs to improve his control and just calm down i feel.

Agbonlahor and Carew are fantastic up front. We just need Doyle as a second choice because Harewood isn't good enough.

gabby and carew is not a partnership that is going to get us champions league football or win us major honours.this idea that all we need is backup to those 2 is stupid.

we need 2 more centre forwards at the club,1 to take gabby's place in the team and have him as backup on the bench and somebody that is like for like with carew.

so thats michael owen and podolski on my xmas wish list.....
