Spurs Supporters - Get Behind the Boys!

Premier League Tottenham Hotspur

Disappointing result but we attacked, retained possession and linked up better than in recent games. Many problems still to solve, which require TIME, PATIENCE and PERSISTENCE.

Juande Ramos and Gus Poyet are the best management team we have had for years. Spurs fans must get behind the management and team. It's blatantly bad psychology to further undermine their confidence by simplistic criticism and booing. They know what is wrong! Give them until January to sort things out and meanwhile GET BEHING THE BOYS!!

4 goals in 7 games
sold Berbatov, Keane, Mido and Defoe
Says it all!
Whoever is controlling the ins and outs of this club should resign...

sorry to rub it in but one year ago I commented on Ramos' competence at EPL level

Note that the best clubs, players and managers have integrity in their vocabulary.

"Juande Ramos and Gus Poyet are the best management team we have had for years. "

Thanks for giving me the best laugh I've had in ages. Least it would be funny if it wasn't so downright ludicrous. THREE league wins in 19 games??? IF those two are the best, then we've had some absolute shockers...although I believe even Terry Neil had a better record than Ramos

Wether we get behind da boys or not, the damage to the club is at the core and until it is sorted out it is goin to reflect on the pitch.

I hope that the comment that Gus Poyet and Juande Ramos are the best management team for years is a joke! I assume it is because how can anyone defend where this has got to. They have enough quality players at the club to have got the results. How is it clubs out there like Hull have had a similar number of new players cost a 20th of our team yet are doing well. There is no arguement get rid, good riddance and get some people in with passion and communications skills

There is a saying "there's no smoke without fire" and Spurs poor performances (after 7 PL matches) cannot conceal problems within the club. From head to tail there are problems. While one can only speculate what is happening at management level, as far as the team are concerned it is highly visible on the football pitch. Comolli says the club are united --one and all. Then how come the performance is so poor? There cannot be a team in Britain that doesn't fancy their chances of beating Spurs in a football match. What happened to turning WHL into a fortress and all that.

Roman Pavyluchenko is now out for 3 weeks and that's the minimum time given. What is the game plan now against Arsenal on 29/10? 4-5-1 I suppose and that football mastermind Arsene Wenger's already plotting his biggest win of the season!

The future is certainly not White Hart Lane.

There's a common denominator between the problems this season and those of last season. It's Commolli, his decisions have been shocking and he needs to fall on his sword. Certainly Ramos seems to have lost the plot, but maybe getting rid of Commolli will kick start the season? Something has to and soon!!

Have Faith. All we need is time! And yes we do have time! Regardless of the poor start, its impossible for us to go down! Yes its looking like another season of dissapointment but we need to have long term faith in a manager for once! There are a number of problems with the team, but without doubt the major contributing factor has been the loss of our two best players (something you can't blame on the manager or the board). It may not appear so at the moment but Ramos is a great manager and he needs time to adjust his skills to the English game. I followed him throughout his time at Seville and he is a genius. This is a new team and we all know it can take up to a year for foreigners to develop the mentality needed to play here. And stop giving the owners a hard time, atleast they're ambitious and willing to spend money. Some spurs fans seem to have forgotten the days of Sir Alan, and the damage caused by the previous regime! Have faith, one day soon this sleeping giant will finally wake up!

we dont have time to wait if we are not out of the bottom 3 by the end of November it is quite simple Ramos has to go along with Damien. We need someone new in place to make the right transfer decisions and ensure we dont go down!

A little boy gets £10 for his birthday and rushes down to the Sport Shop to buy the new football he has been desperate for.

He gets a ball down from the rack and gives the shop-keeper his £10. "Sorry son !!" explains the shopkeeper. "This ball costs £20, but you've only got £10".

Thinking quickly, the boy looks up at the different club footballs on the rack and says: "Ok. If you blindfold me and I guess which club's crest is on the ball, will you let me have the ball for £10?" The shopkeeper decides to humour the boy and agrees to the lad's proposal and blindfolds the boy.

First up he gives the boy an Arsenal ball. "OK," says the boy, placing his ear to the ball, "I can hear the blasting sound of 2 canons. This must be an Arsenal ball!" "That was a lucky guess," exclaimed the shopkeeper, "Let's try another one!"... and he hands him a Millwall ball. "OK," says the boy, placing his ear to the ball again, "I can hear a pack of rampant Lions. It must be a Millwall ball!"

"Bejaysus!" says the shopkeeper. "If you get the next one right I'll let you have the ball for nothing..." and with that he passes him another ball. Again the boy puts the ball to his ear and after a few moments he exclaims "That's a Tottenham ball!" "Holy Mary Mother Of God!" shouts the shopkeeper. "How on earth did you get that one? I suppose you heard a cockerel crowing!!"

"No..." said the boy. "It's going down!"

Sorry guys but could resist this but do hope you stay up. winkeye
