Well are we bothered that Brian has chosen to defect
personally the midfield looked very good on saturday
defence is doing good just the strikers to sort then.

Drunk, do you honestly believe JCR was our weak link on Sat?...I think we should exchange user-names.

His goals kept you up last season and to the FA cup semi final. So what if he wants to better himself and move on!? Dont we all? He has been messed around by the board all summer. Naive and childish. Good luck to him, with better players around him he will blossom!

I think you'll find it was him messing BFC by not accepting a contract.

All BFC have done is try and keep hold of their not so inspirational captain.

Howards good but he alone did not keep us up. And regards his goals, Im sure someone else wouldve put that many pens away too.

No-one denies his previous contributions but the lads let himself down at the end of his BFC career.

I didnt mean JCR played bad, just that i think he was the weaker part of the midfield.
He frustrates me, he is obviously a skillful player blessed with pace and trickery, but i wish he would pass the ball sooner.
Yes its great entertainment the way he causes defences problems and yes he does score the occasional wonder goal, but i just wish he would pass before he tries to beat everyone twice.
I would love to see him take out two defenders and play the ball into the box instead of him trying to go into the box himself or running into a blind alley or losing the ball.

As for my comments on Muller, if he plays as good as he did before his injury last season then the premier league will come sniffing.
It is widely accepted he is the best keeper in our league and I am sure that he will have a clause in his contract that will allow him to speak to a premier league team and when that happens, despite how much anger it will cause us fans the club will sell him so Davey can buy another Purivian roadsweeper.

The only reason he is still on our books is that he was injured for the last two transfer windows.

christensen is clearly a bad signing if we paid 200k and never gave him a chance, and what about nardiello.

But i agree that he has made more good signings than bad.

Tykemctyke

I think YOU'LL find that your information is not to true. Players have come in on 3 times his wages and he just wanted to be offered a contract that he's worth afterall the players coming in havent exactly done much to deserve their contracts. Also if other clubs are offering you triple the wages and possible routes to the premiership of course he is going to be tempted!!!

Wouldnt you? The contract BFC have offered him is poor compared to others he has been offered.

The children on the board down at \bfc last night made an attempt to scupper his move there even tho he had been and signed a contract cos Bristol City came in for him late and 'they dont ant him to go to Sheffield'!! Grow up.....
