Ok.
Villa - Top side. Deserved to win. Carew a man mountain of a man and i would love him in our side. We were powder puff second half and Miller was a joke when he came on.
However;
Its no good telling amos he is deluded about us being the best side in the first half bcus we was, even given two school boy errors in 2 mins.
Villa where very one dimensional for most of the game, bar one nice passing movement, and i can see why 70% of your goals came from set pieces. Fair play though, they all count and i wish we was as dangerous from set plays.
As for Young, quality player but loon had him in his pocket. As for him "setting the goal up", he took a standard delivery free kick....hardly a mazy run was it!

I thought West Brom played well in the first half and were a bit unfortunate to go in 1 down. The young centre half made a couple of errors with Carew. Second half I thought we were the better team and overall deserved the win. However, I have to say I think the Baggies play real nice football and if they continue to play like that will easily stay up. Was impressed with Morrison and the right back, he looks a bery good prospect.

your missing the point, young had a bad game set up a goal and dant have to do nothing, he defended well but if you all think the rb is quality and will have young in his pocket at vp then your wrong

We've played 3 games in a week and to win all three is a great result. We havent played well the last two but have won both so that tells everyone about our progress. The Big teams like United & Chelsea dont always play well but still win alot more than they lose.

Who cares if WBA were the better team today, we came away with 3 points and thats all that matters at the end of the day. Most people agree that Villa play attractive football.

No i didnt go up because i wasnt able to get a ticket. i was goin to but was too slow in gettin them. i watched it down the spring meadow. we dont always hoof it up to carew, did we do that agenst spurs....no we played it around them.

Can i just add to davenport. yes maybe young did try to run into your defender, but what i dont get is he done that 3 times because i was near the corner flag, yet we got the free kick once? so its either a foul everytime or isn't any time. i thought mike dean had a very good game first half, but wa sshockin second, gave away 3 stupid bookings to carew agbonlahor and young, and i believe a ridiculous booking to one of your players.

Pretty even throughout but Villa had all the aces up front...and the quality & consistency of Young's crossed was a joy-He's the best since Beckham for consistency..Feel sorry for Barnett..his shortcomings at this level were cruelly exposed..but we do have good replacements to come in. It'll be a struggle but I think we'll just hold in there. As for Villa if they can keep this team injury free, then there's enough quality for a"Top 5" finish.

Just like to say well played to Villa and the Baggies yesterday, was a decent game. Overall i do think that we deserved the win, hoping Gabby and Carew stay like this all season we will do great if they do!

Baggies i think you will stay up this season but i do think that you will need a good striker i dont think the three you have at the minute will get those all important goals for you.

It was a great atmosphere yesterday aswell, such a great feeling to have won three on the trot in just what 5 ot 6 days well done lads!! UTV

Villa leaves with with a warm feeling inside. Its been a long time since i've felt this proud to say i'm a Villa fan. Long may it continue!
