Well - at the end of the day - whoever is responsible for buying and selling players - the Manager has the responsibility to deliver the results which have been Miserable. He hasn't made any leaps of improvement since martin Jol went who delivered us two seasons of the best success that Spurs has seen for a long time ! it is time for Ramos to deliver and to say he needs time is nonsense - we were good before he turned up and look where he hast taken us !!

Spurs's problem is that that have become a feeder club i.e. they develop great players who then want to leave to get success. Look at all the great players Chelsea have poached from West Ham over the years.

For Spurs to really break into the top 4 they need to be the kind of team that superstars want to play for and stay at. I can't see that happening any time soon.

New season-same old Spurs. Just like this time last season, they are still conceding near on 2 goals per game. Simple maths tells you that means you have to score 3 just to have a chance of winning any game. Most teams ain't gonna be that generous. Yet, as usual, nobody in charge seems to get it. If you can't defend, you're going nowhere.

I wish these same spuds fans/losers who were claiming to be sure to get into the top4 this yr get their brains checked...a crap club whose fans equate money wasted with club size...they are just chelsea minus the real superstars and the victories...and they have the audacity to compare themselves to the best run club in england...not my words but so many other people believe so...including the billionaire Mike Ashley

I wish the media would just leave us along, we changed most of our team and it does take time to gel so our results are going to look inconsistant for a while.
Were get there, as long as we stay up and no players leave were get stronger and stronger and im happy with that, for this season anyway.

Spurs results only started suffering once the board made up their mind to replace Martin Jol, who in my view did a great job, maybe the spurs board were overambitious to try and do better than 5th in Jol's 3rd Season, if they given him more time he may have been able to deliver more. How much time will they give Ramos??? I hope the results start improving soon!!

totally agree mate, can't understand decision over Jol. If you had told tottenham fans,after hoddle/pleat, that the next manager to have a full season would deliver two fifth placed finishes and UEFA football we would have been delighted. Sacking Jol worst decision the club ever made!
