Sweden's Robert Karlsson completed his prepartions for the Ryder Cup in style with victory at the Mercedes-Benz Championship in Germany today.

Karlsson, one of four European Ryder Cuppers playing at the tournament, won by two-shots from Italian Francesco Molinari after shooting a one-under par round of 71.

This victory should be a great confidence boost for Karlsson, aswell as the whole European Team, as they look to make it four in a row at Valhalla.

Give your thoughts on Karlsson's victory aswell as what he adds to Europe's Team here...

I've just been reading the details of his one shot penalty imposed after TV cameras picked up the fact that his ball moved on the green at the second hole yesterday. Don't you think it's time this "trial by TV" was stopped? It's only because a tournament is being televised that these apparent misdemeanours are picked up, often by some eagle-eyed geek at home. If it wasn't televised, no-one would probably notice. Karlsson said he didn't think he'd done anything wrong but accepted the penalty with good grace. I'm glad he won.
