I'm afraid you have just outlined the contradiction in commentary. They tell you what is happening even if you know it because they are watching the same event as you are. They may have LH favouring briefs but there is no need to be so harsh. Murray Walker was hardly a genius yet the beeb hold him up as a legend.

Whatever happened to Jonathan Palmer?

I cant believe how many people consider LH's driving to be dangerous - This is a 200 mph sport, which has been boring for years and now that somebody has decided to liven it up and actually race, people slate him for doing his job... also people who keep bringing bruno senna into this - he will never replace Ayrton and I would'nt count his world chapionships until he's actually made it to F1!!

I am a Hamilton fan but I have to admit his comments after the race were very questionable and if it was someone like Massa saying that I wouldn't have given them a chance (not that I don't like Massa). I think he needs to think carefully about what he is saying cause otherwise he will get even more haters branding him cocky. I'm not sure if he actually realises how he's coming across.

I did not say Benetton were running Renault engines, if you read my comment correctly, you will see that I was correcting the chap who made the erronious comment in the first place! Benetton ran Ford V8s in 94 and Renault V10s in 95.

I can see F1 getting very interesting over the next few years.

Hamilton, Vettel, Kubica all young and all very quick. I do not see a position where one driver dominates the sport for a long time happenning again for the time being.

back to the good old days of Mansell, Senna and Prost all going for it.

He is fast and arrogant when it comes to go straight to the media and BLAH BLAH BLAH. Why you think Alonso didnt win the F! WDC last yr? Alonso was racing against the world and his own team and team mate. Someone he was mentoring. Yet, this little arrogant piece of not good, would stab him in the back over and over. Finally Fernando said, ENOUGH WITH THIS LOCO AND THIS TEAM. I AM A 2 TIMES WDC AND NO CHOPLIVER.

GALAXY-MAN "Alonso 2 time champ is struggling," give a top tier car to Alonso and you will see him leading the WDC. In fact if McL had kept him and fire this arrogant Lewis they would have been with at least 20 poinst ahead of everyone else.

IF you think Lewis is great in this TOP CAR then place him in a 2nd tier machine and we will be saying BYE BYE LEWIS! This has nothing to do with been prejudice is all about his arrogance and BIG MOUTH! He wants to stab everybody in the back same way he did it to Alonso last yr. He sure knows how to stir trouble and he brags about it.
