MAN CITY AND OTHER MANAGERS

First may I apologise for leaving some clubs out ( couldn't fit them all in )

Villa, Chelsea, utd, Boro and arsenal all left out deliberately because I don't think you will have a problem with this.

Simple question.....Now that Man City have eclipsed all clubs wealth by a country mile, do you think that kevin Keegan and Alan Curbishley considered the immediate future for their club and came to the conclusion, "whats the point of carrying on?".

Rafa Benitez has been the first Manager to actualy state that City could cause a problem to his club.

Do you think the prospects for most managers, not all, are depressing?

Sorry, simple question turned out to be two simple questions.

If City fans think like that they are up their own backsides. The situations at Necastle and West Ham are identical and any self respecting employee would have left under those horrific circumstances.
I worry for the future of football that these rich meglamaniacs have infested the English leagues.

It's a good question. KK did say that he would not be able to get NUFC into the top four. He didn't seem to be under any illusion as to their place in the league. Ashley, on the other hand, must suffer from delusions of grandeur.

Well... he is a newcastle united fan after all, so delusions of grandeur are hardly to be unexpected! whistle

THERE'S ALWAYS A POINT IN CARRYING ON. People are jumping the gun with City. Money can give you an advantage but it can't guarantee success.

Barcelona had players like Deco, Henry, Ronaldinho and Eto'o but didn't win La Liga or Champions League last season.

Chelsea for all their money and star players missed out on the title, Champions League, Carling Cup, FA Cup.

11 stars don't necessarily make a team. We should know that being England fans.

Future?
Teams featuring the worlds best players will end up playing in Dubai etc in front 200,000 people paying £250 a ticket and buying all the merch.

No matter how rich they are, they can only field 11 payers.

...Rovers have Aaron "Axe" Mokoena.

No contest.

It won't be a problem really because Chelsea's full of superstars too and we should've had a point a couple of weeks ago as everyone knows.

just abit of bling somthing to get the consortium known so they can show up at matches when making deals like ive said before couple of years ago it would have been an NFL or an NBA team at the moment the premiership is the place to be sign of our leagues success but even chelsea are slowing down they had aload of intial spending to get themselves into the top four game now there spending is targeted and the squad is been slimmed down as the players bought in the intial rush are let go man city will do the same but they have to complete with the kudos of old trafford in the same place.

Knowing City's luck someone will invent something which means we don't need oil any more.

When Sir Bobby was at Ipswich he didn't give up because Liverpool were top,Notts forest had a million pound player and united had Moses on their side. No, but he still won the league. We have the Bruce, Chelsea are top and we need God on our side!Seriously though Man city can only buy twenty odd great players and they still need to play like a team-I saw a potential wish list in the paper the other day and wondered who would win the ball for them? You need ball winners even if they are not flashy players.
