It's Friday...Premier League Sunderland by SAFCinYorks (U5606132) 05 September 2008 ...and ordinarily the chat subject today would be about the game over the weekend, formations, selections, opponents etc... But it's an International break weekend and so we have to either suffer the trials and tribulations of following England (for the English amongst our clubs following) or expect the worst and get the best from the other home countries, including Rep Ireland whilst following the progress of our growing International contingent. Poolie_Mackem (U9432695) posted Sep 5, 2008 I have a feeling when big Kenwyne comes back he will be miles better than last year with a years premier league experience, playing with quality players and will be hungry with being out for 6-8 weeks reported (that was about 3weeks ago), so I would have Kenwyne in the team

SAFCinYorks (U5606132) posted Sep 5, 2008 I agree on the Jones front, that he'll be hungry and a better player than last year it's just that he's not kicked a ball since the end of last season and may be a little low on confidence. For the time being I'd be prepared to start with Cisse and use Jones as a sub getting 20-30 mins per game 'til he's back up to full strength.
