Yes, It only applies to players under contract from June 2007 at there own club (contract extensions). If they move to another club they are counted as quota players.

I totally agree Owen but after all the trouble Broughy caused before i don't think we want him. Myself personally would love to see him return

Hudson and Jones will deffo improve your defence next year, they might not be star players but they are very good super league players that will always give 100% and do the work that doesn't get noticed, I have also heard that you are signing steve snitch as well next week.

Don’t want to keep banging on about this, so I will explain a couple of things and hopefully that should be the end of it.

ClassyCas.

You said

Opinion or fact? I can see you're point that it's you're opinion, but then you go on to say that it's fact! You seem to be contradicting yourself.

Well I apologise for this I should be more precise, what I meant to say was

People like Owen get excited over average players and then insult people who point out the fact that they think they are average.

Also the point you make about Owens opinion is valid except that Owen doesn’t just express his opinion, but insults people for having different opinions to his. This is not my opinion it is FACT as he has called people on several occasions for not agreeing with him e.g. “anyone who doesn’t agree is small minded”. Not an exact quote but very close to what he said on a thread about the Celtic Crusaders getting a franchise.

Also yes I have an opinion on every single player in the league, so what everyone on hear is the same, that’s why they are on here.

Owen

I am not banging on about them I am giving my opinion and as far as the overseas thing goes it is you who has a bee in his bonnet about Wigan signing over seas players (even though Cas are up to the max on the quota).

Not too sure tbh because I have read that Adam fletcher doesnt count on the quota so saurely this means Korky doesnt either ????

Mcgoldrick will because he is Aus born and a USA international so not having any european routes and born in Aus def makes him Overseas.

Why is Hudson still playing Rugby?? he was caught cheating, he took drugs, in my view any player taking drugs should be banned for life. It taints the sport by allowing him to play it's also deeply unfair. The competition for places is fierce and at some stage Ryan decided that he would break the rules to get ahead. Now he has played in super league for many seasons while the player fighting for that place who did not cheat has most likley left the professional game. It's not fair and it's not what you expect from Rugby League, shame on the RFL for allowing people like Hudson to continue playing
