I have been talking to a few fans of Stockport and Huddersfield Town,Some claim Jewell has told him hell never play for Derby while hes in charge.
One of them told me Dickinson traps the ball further than Roy Carroll can kick it,more proof of Jewells magic touch.
Any thoughts welcome.

County fan here---Dickinson is a good player--has a great touch and can run at defences--He is athletic(hence the goal that he scored for Huddersfield on Saturday)--I don't think that there is a County fan out there who would not have him back--Can he do it at Championship level--he has never been tested but I would think that he is worth a try

I really hope that you can get out of your current predicament--I have several mates who are Derby fans and whilst last year was sort of expected this must really hurt.

Good luck for the rest of the season

His goal in the play-off final was excellent, I think Dickinson was well managed at Stockport, nurtured and in an environment where, no offence meant to Stockport, there was pressure but not at the level of expectation at Derby (plus the baggage of last season).

His signing was a gamble, quite a jump for a young player who had been plying his trade in non-league football two seasons ago and there is the worry that he might be intimidated by the club's size/expectation; but I do feel Derby have a responsibility as well to ensuring this young player's development; every player is different; and I hope he could form a partnership with Ellington, another player who emerged from the non-league as well as offer him guidance/mentor.

Dickinson deserves his chance, but Derby also have a responsibility to guide him and if he fails to make the grade at the CCC, then we too will have played a part in his failure.
