Alarm bells ringing?

Premier League Newcastle United

Spurs fan in peace!

Taking away your OK start to the league, are you concerned by the lack of transfer activity at your club?

James Milner couldn't get away quick enough! - And we are seeing Time and time again your top targets decide to move elsewhere.

No one in football would have picked dennis wise to be a DOF (very odd decision) and all doesn't seem well behind closed doors.

Once your team starts dropping down the table, all the trouble away from the pitch, will start to become more noticeable and don't be surprised if keegan walks again.

As predicted, Keegan walks

superberbatov

What im saying is that 3 years ago we were doing what you are now and reaping similiar rewards for it (albeit you got a Carling Cup but im not counting that as actual progress).

BTW Newcastle v Spus in the Carling Cup... interesting.

Do you get what I mean?

You should be looking at what we did wrong and doing things the right way but instead your re-living the whole thing for us only with a lot more ill-humour.

Are you joking. Arent your alarm bells ringing you idiot . Lost to two mediocre teams whereas we drew away to man u beat bolton and yes lost to arsenal but we have had a tricky start but still pull away with 4 points. You've to have an easier start than us and come away with nothing. Chelsea will hammer you . 3 games 0 points very alarming for the spuds . cant wait to knock you out of the carling cup

You started by saying 'Spurs Fan In Peace' ... then went on to say we're going to move down the table...Why will move down the table?

Dennis Wise might not have been an obvious choice, and our transfers have taken an alarmingly long time to complete - but one thing you can't deny is that they have been value for money thus far! Most had never heard of Jonas but he's well on his way to becoming a Newcastle legend!

I posted an article earlier that got slammed by a liverpool WUM, but the fact remains we still have 6 starting players who could slot into a top 4 squad very, very easily!

I don't think things are particularly that grim, just people like you seem to believe what you read in the london tabloid press who always seem to have an agenda to unsettle things at St James Park. Spurs are struggling and Pavlychenko and Co aren't guarranteed solutions to losing proven quality in Keane and Berbatov. Season after season you seem to have a transfer merrygoround and as has been said, are going over the same mistakes we did ourselves. Milner tried to test the club to get more money and got shown the door, albeit for a very inflated price. We have improved our squad and first team without actually spending anything in the transfer market (net). I think NUFC are in a better position than they were last season, with better players, and a better team atmosphere. We will do better against the lower teams and should have a good home record this season. We will see where we finish at the end of the season....

Let's face it, lads, your mob would kill for our trophy haul of recent times and the fact you are underperforming just as we are must concern you!

Trying to be all tough and bring up times when you were in the CL, well that is history, about three managers ago!

The fact is, neither set of fans is 100% happy with how things are right now, but I think Spurs are gonna surprise more people than you think. Write us off, I am happy with that.

As a proper football fan (unlike the original poster) I wish you guys all the best in sorting out your problems and being able to support your football team in its totality - manager, players, directors, owner - again.
