Live - Nordsjaelland v Queen of the South

comment on the article

It's Uefa Cup Tuesday (let's call it that anyway!) and European novices Queen of the South are chasing a 2-1 deficit in Denmark as their second qualifying round clash with Nordsjaelland comes to a spin-tingling conclusion.

Can Gordon Chisholm's men create history against former Celtic midfielder Morten Weighort's Danish Superliga side.

If the intrepid Doonhamers go through they would become the only Scottish team ever to overturn a first leg defeat in European competition, and, in the process, edge one step closer to the competition's prestigious group stages...

I'll be covering it live on the BBC Sport website, so please join in with your rants and raves as the exciting action unfolds...

Check it out here: news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/sco...

You can also watch the match live on BBC TWO Scotland and listen to the commentary from Farum Park on BBC Radio Scotland. Kick-off is at 1800 BST.

Yes. Queens won't go through if the score stand. But at least better than Rangers. In all, poor performance from Scottish football this season.

"MacFarlane has ran himself into the ground."

Hope that's not an attempt at "Scottish" English...
It's "has run".

Ok, I know, it's not the time... erm

Reminds me a bit of Gerry McNee commentating on a Rangers-celtic game, and not noticing that David Robertson's goal had been disallowed for offside. For about 20 minutes lol
Also remember a radio Clyde commentator, at celtic v partizan belgrade, celebrating at celtic's qualifying when they had actually got beat on away goals.. think the match finished 5-4 or something..
