Sir Alex Ferguson is being wooed by various Olympic figures who want him to coach a Great Britain football team at the 2012 Games.
It raises the enticing prospect of the Manchester United boss leading a British side out at Hampden Park in Scotland, one of six football venues.
Ferguson has previously said he does not want to make a long-term commitment to the Games.
But he may no longer be Man Utd coach in four years' time and his CV speaks for itself.
So aside from the hoo-ha over whether GB should even have a football side, is he the right choice? Would he even take the job?
Maybe Portsmouth manager Harry Redknapp deserves a crack, or would you like to see another candidate?
This whole subject has become - ahem - a political football, and is going to run and run.
Would be very interested to hear your views. Go on, get it off your chest, you know you want to.
