Scotlands12thMan (U10413607) posted Aug 23, 2008 No doubt about it Rangers should have had 3 or 4 yellow cards by half time more like! The major decision went Aberdeen's way, but that was the only one the entire match. Maybe if the Rangers fans next to us hadn't laughed at it all.

SaltireLion91 (U11720928) posted Aug 24, 2008 Rangers got what they deserved because the free-kick which led to first goal was never a free-kick. Just like Boyd shouldn't have got free-kicks for falling down whenever someone breathed near him. Just like Mackie shouldn't have been booked for a nudge and Rangers players should have for twice taken a dons players legs, once from behind.

EST1873 (U4680882) posted Aug 24, 2008 First half Rangers looked great - best I have saw of them for a while. The Aberdeen goal must have hurt because we weren't the same in the second half. The goal should have stood as well, ball over the top with Beasley a good yard onside - just need to beat the hoops on Sunday to resume normal service

adamiak1982 (U8460760) posted Aug 24, 2008 on the basis of the decisions we have seen this season so far, and last, we need video refs, i wouldnt care if it meant a few extra mins on top of normal added on time at the end, it would put an end to all this craap, not just the decisions for the old firm but for all teams

weburiedoursecretsinthegarden (U6925600) posted Aug 24, 2008 About the offside - I'm sure it stung. When you're getting every single decision going your way, one going to a team outside the old firm (crivvens, what next) must really hurt...

boynewarrior (U13169605) posted Aug 24, 2008 aberdeen were very poor they would struggle in the english championship and on that display barnsley could beat them, which shows just how much rangers will have to improve, if they cant beat a 3rd rate side like aberdeen then its going to be a long season folks.
