lets all remember not to forget the game last season when utd played arsenal at the emirates and Hargreaves and Anderson bossed the midfield. thats what i want to see this season on a constant basis.
And if you think of that we've not lost away when we've been strong in midfield.

Echoing the comments by Rio Rio Rio, not only did a Hargo/Ando midfield dominate Arsenal in the leage last season, but a full strength Arsenal midfield was bossed by Fletcher in the FA cup! Anyone who thinks that hargreaves wouldn't wlk into that squad (or Liverpool's for that matter) hasn't seen the man play.

The man is a machine, i have rated him for years and years now and none of my mates listened to me, funny when he was England’s best player at the world cup they all changed their minds! I think once fit and if he keeps fit he will be a force to be reckoned with... both him and Tevez seem to run forever and never give up! I'd love to see him with a captains armband one day!

just look at this midfield
carrick,scholes,hargo,giggs,nani,anderson,park,fletcher oh and ronaldo. only chelsea can match such a awesome midfield and we still came on top againts them last season.

ok liverpool now
gerrard,alonso,mascherano,babel,pennant,beniyoun....now tell me which one would u rather not face

as for arsenal its fabregas and a bunch of unknown youngster

Hargeaves is not good enough to play for United. He may get into the Arsenal midfield as they’re lacking in someone with his attributes (tackler, runner and obstructer), but he would never get into Liverpool’s or Chelsea’s. He is and will prove to be an expensive waste. When he plays, I am a not comfortable, and neither is Scholes!.He has a poor first touch and will look down, before running into opponents and away from his team-mates. he is one of the reasons why the England team are abysmal. hargreaves is a world class midfielder when fit and would easily get in the liverpool team. no doubt whatsoever
