Bradley WigginsOlympics GB by greenwhosdadaddy (U13099547) 19 August 2008 I am very disappointed with Bradley Wiggins, I can’t believe how selfish he was in the Madison, he was obviously far too tired to compete. You surely can’t tell me there wasn’t a fresher British rider who could have done better? Because of Wiggins selfishness Cavendish (who left the Tour de France early to come to the Olympics) leaves with nothing. It was obvious in the team pursuit when Wiggins took a larger gear that he was tired, other riders sacrificed them self in the individual to help Wiggins in the team event. Overall I think he has tarnished his 2 gold medals and should take stock of himself. Latest 10 commentsRead members' comments or add your own

oneball2 (U3877544) posted Aug 20, 2008 hmmm perhaps a tad harsh by myself but you clearly are no cycling expert. Mark Cavendish is the best British cyclist in mine and many many other cycling fans opinions. No one is belitting the gold medals, it's fantastic but there are bigger fish to fry in the sport of cycling. But if you were a cycling fan then you'd know that.
